This is my first online course. Because I live in a rural area, it is difficult to go to workshops. They are far away and expensive. Now I can study at my computer. I can tell my students about this experience so that they will understand that they can learn anywhere.

It is inspiring to talk about teaching and learning in this course. It is ESPECIALLY inspiring to read about how other teachers around the world do things. I love to exchange ideas, and my students notice my excitement when I bring in a new idea and tell them I got it from a teacher in Argentina, for example.
